We started building the MES system very early to lay a solid foundation for the development of Industry 4.0 and the construction of smart factories. Our advanced warehouse management system, which accurately manages and tracks each batch of materials, is the cornerstone of overall cost and quality control.
We have a number of advanced production lines, while insisting on continuous upgrading and transformation, using automated tools as much as possible, and making unremitting efforts to improve production efficiency and product quality. As an intelligent advanced factory, we have high-level testing and automation equipment in the industry, and we continue to invest in this.

We apply advanced online testing equipment to ensure the consistency of mass production, such as ICT, AOI and ATE. For smart charger or PCBA control board products, we also apply online calibration and multi-function monitoring stations to ensure 100% shipment testing; and the test data can be stored in the database according to the product code to provide the original basis for quality traceability.
Our systematic and comprehensive quality control is everywhere. We have an industry-leading quality management system, using advanced management tools such as APQP, PPAP, PDCA, FMEA, MSA and SPC, we have obtained ISO9001 certification since the establishment of the company, and we have completed internal training and are about to obtain TS16949 certification.
